Oh, the colors! It was unusual to find a green building, actually. Most of them were shades of yellow, orange, russet red.

Me looking up at my favorite feature at my favorite place - the occulus of the Pantheon. I love that it's almost 30 feet across, it's open to the air, weather, etc. and that it's the only source of natural light in the building. i also love that they have drains in the floor to catch the rain that falls through on rainy days.
Trevi fountain ... a great place to catch some rays.

Our table at the apt. Mimosa flowers from the market (3 Euros, locally grown), blood oranges, and a cheap coffee maker that we bought the previous day, and Nils' graceful hands.
Laundry! i like how the dainty pink under garments are just above the "dirty" and coarse grafitti. (I took this shot :) )
Nils again - amazing vine covered, almost hairy looking building, with some delicate, "clean" laundry. I love the contrasts!
EVERYONE eats gelatto - even the elegant Roman ladies!
We too ate lots and loved lots of gelatto! Hurray for gelatto!!!
